Friday Field Trip to the Schumacher Showroom
What better way to spend a beautiful Friday morning than roaming the halls in the heart of the Atlanta design community. I pulled up to ADAC with one goal in mind, to scour the Schumacher showroom for some serious inspiration.
My mission was to explore the new Schumacher showroom because they changed locations and opened their new 7,000 square foot space in early November.
This trip has been on my to-do list forever, and let me tell you, it was worth the wait!
Every wall is lined with beautiful fabrics in every texture, color, and pattern you can imagine.
This modern floral print stole my heart.
These two geometrics are from the Studio Bon collection.
The vignettes were all polished and playful, true to Schumacher's brand.
There was beauty and inspiration around every corner. These rugs are available in every shade of the rainbow, great for a casual yet tasteful space.
And don't forget the wallpaper!
The showroom even put a few sample color palettes together to jog the tired designer brain. Citrine has been a hot combination around our office lately, and we love how well they have paired it with multiple shades of blue.
This black and white palette is bold and chic with the mixture of gray tones.
More exciting news - a new designer collection is launching in February!
Timothy Corrigan of Timothy Corrigan Home in LA will be debuting his new line for Schumacher next month and he promises it will have a "modern aesthetic that reflects today’s emphasis on comfort and performance without sacrificing beauty."
We can't wait for Timothy's collection - what a perfect excuse to spend another day wandering and day dreaming in the Schumacher showroom!
